- DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
If you have received the wrong item/s, please email us at info@ohiosbest.com.
Please include your Order Number and the incorrect item/s so we can address the issue. We will send you a prepaid return label to send the incorrect item back. Once we receive the incorrect item we will send the correct one out immediately after. The items must be in original, untampered packaging for us to accept the return. Any damaged or tampered items will not be accepted, PERIOD!

OhiosBestSeedbank.com shall not be held responsible for any items sold, for any damage to items during transit or during the inspection period, nor for misrepresentations and/or breaches of contract by the customer.
OhiosBestSeedbank.com shall not be held responsible for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or any losses resulting from any goods purchased or obtained through OhiosBestSeedbank.com.
OhiosBestSeedbank.com assumes no liability for the content of the listings. However, if you fall victim of a fraudulent transaction we will assist you as much as we can.
